splendid stay in a prime spot!

prime location spacious room welcome treats
i found the hotel ideally situated, with easy access to local attractions. the taxi stand right outside was convenient. the room was spacious and well-appointed. the rooftop bar, though weather-dependent, looked fabulous and i loved the treats we received during check-in.
the spa appointment i wanted was fully booked at the last minute, so i missed out.

faulty television no follow up
The television in our room did not work properly . Staff tried to fix it twice with no success. There was no follow up or concession for this issue.

a generally fine stay

convenient location attentive service faulty tv tiny pool
the hotel's location was super convenient. we found ourselves right in the heart of everything and the shopping was awesome. the breakfast was also really good. there was so much to choose from and the service was attentive too. i mean, i loved the eggs benedict!
the tv in our room didn't work properly at all . they attempted to fix it twice, but it never worked, and there was no follow-up. also, the pool was tiny, i mean really tiny.

mixed feelings about this stay

lackluster room unresponsive service
the location was indeed quite central, helpful for getting around.
The room i was assigned was surprisingly lackluster. it lacked much natural light, feel a bit claustrophobic. also, i tried calling room service multiple times, but no one answered. I eventually had to call the hotel's external number to get through. seriously???

The location is perfect. I walked everywhere. the rooftop bar with the pool was amazing. the rooms felt perfectly arranged, very thoughtful, the rooftop view, wow. the location allowed quick trips to sights!

mixed feelings about this stay

rude staff mold
the location met expectations. it was near many points of interest.
The bathroom had mold on the walls and the shower curtain. the bar staff was quite rude. They refused a cup of ice. there was no music, and they shut everything down at 11 pm.
