Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Residence Apartment. The rooms were large enough for me and my baby, and we enjoyed the fantastic huge terrace, although the closet space was limited with few drawers. The extra charges for more light in the room seemed a bit steep, but the overall experience was great.
The Majestic Hotel, despite a few drawbacks, offers a mixed experience. The rooms were smaller than expected for a five-star hotel, and the maintenance issues with the lift and entrance canopy were inconvenient. On the bright side, the rooms were surprisingly soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. However, the view was disappointing, overlooking buildings with clothes and plastic hanging. The billing issue was a significant inconvenience, indicating a lack of attention to detail and customer care compared to other top-tier hotels. The location may seem appealing at first but doesn't live up to expectations when it comes to service and overall experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and luxurious in every way, although they are on the smaller side. The amazing roof terrace provided great views of Sagrada Familia, directly across from the hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were so comfortable that I just did not want to leave, fitted out to a very high standard. The service was more than wonderful and very helpful, with special thanks to Angel at the Concierge for excellent suggestions. The location was really nice, in the heart of Barcelona and close to Gaudi's landmarks. The dining experience was phenomenal, with a buffet alcove reminiscent of a gourmet shop.
The hotel's rooms, though smaller than a cruise ship stateroom we had just left, are quite comfortable despite overlooking an airshaft. The service, provided by extremely friendly and welcoming staff, goes above and beyond for a five-star hotel. The location is excellent, with numerous dining and shopping options within walking distance. The dining experience is great, offering a large selection of delicious food in a beautiful area. Overall, a classy hotel with good value for money.
My stay was a bit mixed. The room arrangement was not great, facing an inner ventilation shaft, and felt too small for the price paid. Despite the issues with the room, the warm and welcoming service from Emilio, Angel, Marc, and others made my stay hassle-free. The location was excellent for exploring Barcelona on foot, with many attractions nearby. The dining experience was yummy, especially the Spanish hams and cold cuts, but the overall dining was average. The facilities were adequate, but there were some minor inconveniences due to maintenance work outside the hotel.
